Enable Browser Sound Notifications for Unread Conversations
We know how important it is to respond to new leads and clients quickly. To help you stay on top of your inbox without constantly refreshing the page, we’ve added a new Browser Audio Alert feature.
How it works Once enabled, if you have our platform open in a browser tab (even if it's minimized or in the background), you will hear a notification chime followed by a voice announcing exactly how many unread conversations are waiting for you.
How to enable Audio Alerts
Turning this feature on is simple. It is located in the header menu drawer (the same place you access your profile settings).
Step 1: Open the menu drawer Click your profile icon or the menu settings icon in the top header to open the side drawer:

Step 2: Locate the "Play Sounds" checkbox By default, this setting is turned off. Simply click the checkbox to enable the alerts (you might need to uncheck and check it to enable this new feature).
It should now look like this:

That’s it! The system will now automatically alert you whenever a new message arrives or when you switch to a sub-account that has unread messages waiting.
Note: For the alerts to work, you must have the TrustDrivenCare open in a browser tab and your computer speakers must be turned on.
