Feb 13, 2026 - Critical Update: Remove Business Phone to Prevent Infinite Call Loops
If you have noticed your system making endless outbound calls to itself, or if you are receiving "Busy" signals when testing call forwarding, it is likely because the system is stuck in a loop.
The Issue: If your main/default phone number is pasted into the "Business Phone" field in your main Business Profile, the system gets confused.
When a workflow tries to "Call the Business" (e.g., to connect you with a lead), it dials itself, which triggers an "Incoming Call" workflow, which dials itself again... creating an infinite loop.

The Fix (Takes 10 Seconds)
- Go to Settings (bottom left).
- Click on Business Profile (top left).
- Scroll down to the "Business Phone" field.
- DELETE the phone number in this box so it is empty.
- Click Update Information.
Note: This does NOT delete your actual phone number or stop you from making calls. Your phone number is safely stored in the "Phone System" tab. This setting only controls the contact card displayed on your internal dashboard.
