Josh Satterlee, DC — Founder
Josh leads the vision behind TrustDrivenCare. Drawing from 18+ years of clinical experience and research into healthcare communication, he developed the foundation that powers the platform today. His mission is to help providers turn trust-building into a repeatable, measurable process that drives both growth and better patient outcomes.
Amanda Satterlee, DC — Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Amanda oversees operations and ensures every clinic’s experience is seamless. Her leadership bridges technology and care, helping the TrustDrivenCare team accomplish their mission with clarity and purpose. She’s passionate about empowering teams to simplify processes and improve the way they connect with their patients.
Thales Broussard — Lead Development Manager, Sales & Automation Expert
Thales leads product innovation and automation strategy. With extensive experience in software development, he ensures the platform runs smoothly and efficiently. His focus is on creating intelligent systems that save clinics time, reduce complexity, and enhance patient engagement. He's the main face of TrustDrivenCare for those on demos of the platform and onboarding.
Amanda Santana — Content & Project Manager
Amanda coordinates projects and oversees content implementation for TrustDrivenCare clients. She keeps teams aligned, timelines clear, and messaging consistent, ensuring that every project delivers value and reflects the company’s trust-first approach.
Support & Operations
Ella Mae Millan — Executive Assistant and Client Support
Ella Mae serves as the Executive Assistant at TrustDrivenCare, managing key administrative processes and ensuring operational flow behind the scenes. In addition to her executive role, she provides hands-on support to clients, helping them set up automation systems, troubleshoot workflows, and make the most of the platform’s features. Her focus is on delivering a smooth and supportive client experience from start to finish.
Jezza Maye Baldonado — Graphic Designer and Client Support
Jezza manages the visual design for TrustDrivenCare, creating graphics that reflect the brand’s message and enhance client engagement. She’s also part of the support team, assisting clinics with questions and ensuring they get quick, reliable help. In addition, she coordinates social media posting to maintain consistent communication across platforms.
Lyzander Reazon — Client Support Specialist
Lyzander provides hands-on support to TrustDrivenCare users. He ensures every client receives timely assistance, guiding clinics through solutions that help them maximize the value of their system and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Development
Pedro Unello — Senior Developer
Pedro helps bring TrustDrivenCare’s ideas to life through code. His work behind the scenes ensures the platform is reliable, responsive, and continually improving to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers. He's responsible for having brought ClinicSync by TDC to life, the tool that all members love.
Jeniffer Souza — Web Developer
Jeniffer supports Pedro in bringing TrustDrivenCare to its full potential. She leads front-end projects to make our tools and functionalities smoother and more modern, while assisting with the further refining of TDC's background processes.
