Connecting TrustDrivenCare to Jane

Connecting your JaneApp account to TrustDrivenCare is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and successful integration.


⚙️ How to Connect Jane

Step 1: Locate Your Jane URL

  • Go to ClinicSync Reporting inside TrustDrivenCare.
  • Navigate to Settings → Connection.
  • Open your JaneApp in a new tab and go to any page where the URL displays the structure, for example: https://yourclinicname.janeapp.com
  • From that URL, copy only the portion “yourclinicname”.
  • Paste this URL into the Jane URL field inside TrustDrivenCare.

Step 2: Enter Your Jane Credentials

  • In the same connection settings, enter your JaneApp username and password.

Step 3: Set Jane Permissions to Full Access

For the integration to work properly, Jane requires the connected account to have full access.

  • Go to your JaneApp.
  • Navigate to Staff.
  • Select your name and click Edit.
  • Go to Permissions & Commissions.
  • Under Role, choose Full Access.

This ensures that JaneApp can sync all necessary data with TrustDrivenCare.


Note: During onboarding, our team typically handles this for you. We create a dedicated staff member in your JaneApp account specifically for connection purposes. This is the safest and cleanest method, no need to use your personal login.


Step 4: Allow Time for Initial Sync

Once everything is set up correctly, the initial data sync usually takes 5 to 25 minutes, depending on the size of your JaneApp database.


As long as the steps above are followed, the connection process should be smooth and error-free.
