Connecting your Jane account to TrustDrivenCare (TDC) allows your system to sync key information automatically including appointments, client details, and communication triggers so your workflows run smoothly without manual updates.

By integrating Jane with TDC, you can:

⚙️ How to Connect Jane

Follow these simple steps to connect Jane to TrustDrivenCare:

  • Log in to your TrustDrivenCare account.
  • Go to Settings → Integrations.
  • Under Available Integrations, select Jane.
  • Click Connect, this will open a new window to authorize access.
  • Log in to your Jane account if prompted.
  • Review the requested permissions, then click Allow Access.

Once connected, you’ll see a confirmation message and a green “Connected” status next to Jane.

Once the connection is active:

  • Appointments and client details from Jane will automatically sync to TrustDrivenCare.
  • Workflows that depend on appointment-based triggers (like “New Patient” or “Follow-Up”) will begin running automatically.
  • You can verify your sync under Settings → Integrations → Jane → Sync Status.

🪄 Tips for a Smooth Connection

Ensure your Jane account has admin access before connecting.

Keep your appointment titles consistent (e.g., “Initial” vs. “Follow-Up”) to help workflows trigger correctly.

If you make updates to your Jane account (like renaming appointment types), refresh your integration by clicking Resync Data in TrustDrivenCare.
